Report’s structure: Choose 1 product of your Global DNA competitors in the 1st competition round. Conduct a detailed analysis of your competitor’s product strategy based on the Globe Report: 1. Description of the decisions taken during the 8 rounds: — 4Ps, segments, plants, source of competitive advantage, etc. Consider their product line from a “consumer reports” standpoint. 2.
